这里大家可能又会说了，我词汇不够怎么半？比如有的同学会说，老师，我喜欢吃的我都不知道怎么用英语说，比如鸡脆骨，烤茄子，金针菇等等，那考试的时候怎么办呢？词汇的处理方式有这样几种：

第一，考试情况下，巧妙避开，挑自己会说的词说，比如关于食物，牛肉羊肉猪肉鸡肉大家应该都会，或者会好几个吧？beef, lamb, pork, chicken。蔬菜应该也会几样？白菜土豆cabbage, potato，或者就直接说vegetable。

第二，非常重要的，要改述，要用你会的词去把想说而又不知道的生词表达出来。比如脆骨，可以说the soft bone from chicken that you can chew 。

第三，平时学习情况下，建立自己的话题词汇，查好单词，并记住，多说几次，说顺畅。

其中改述能力是需要大家训练的。

Do Chinese people like barbecue?

这个问题是一个fact事实性问题，而且它的提问范围不是你，而是扩大到了Chinese people，这种题目在Part 3也很常见。

不过不管怎样，其实还是去说一个事实，当然这个事实可以是你非常确定的、很了解到，也可以是一个你不太确定、觉得大概是这样，甚至猜测是这样的。

在雅思口语中，我们发现同学们去讲自己确定的事情，或者答了yes的时候，是没有问题的，但对自己不太确定、不太清楚，回答是否定的时候就会开始犹豫、不知道怎么说。

关于这个问题，首先一定要调整认知这个认知是对雅思口语，甚至是口语考试本身的认知，说到底还是我们的评分标准，我们的评分标准里从来都没有提到会对答的这个内容本身，或者是你的答案是否对错去做评分。

具体来说，这里的第4问，你的回答是，是，中国人喜欢吃烧烤。，不，中国人不喜欢吃烧烤。我觉得中国人应该是喜欢的，至少大部分人是。，或者我不太清楚，我平常没有观察过。肯定有一部分人是喜欢的。其实都没有问题，重点还是流利度和连贯性，用词，语法和发音也就是说什么不重要，怎么说才重要。

Yes. Id say most people like barbecue. Thats the reason why you can see so many barbecue restaurants in China. During the summer, you can see people eating barbecue and drinking beer in the restaurants or some food stalls in the street market in the evening or even till midnight.

Well, it depends. I suppose people in the north like barbecue while people in the south not, especially people in Guangdong, coz they think eating barbecue creates a lot of inner body heat, which would cause some illness like mouth inflammation.
